Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, company name, and role, plus anything you enter when you fill out a form, book a strategy or audit call, or sign up for a plan.

Payment information: billing details, which our payment processor handles. We do not store full card numbers.

Candidate and lead information: when our clients use Raven, we process the contact details and responses of the job candidates, agents, and leads they collect. This includes information from ad lead forms on platforms such as Facebook.

Calendar and scheduling information: appointment times and related details when calendars are connected for interview or call scheduling.

Automatically collected information: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and referring site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

We use personal information to:

provide, operate, and improve our services, including automated responses, qualification, onboarding, and scheduling;

respond to your inquiries and book calls;

send service updates, appointment reminders, and, where you have agreed, marketing messages;

process payments and manage accounts;

measure and improve our website and advertising; and

comply with law and protect our rights.

When we process candidate or lead information for a client, we act on that client's behalf and instructions.

If you give us your mobile number and opt in, you agree to receive text messages from Raven or from our clients through Raven. These may include appointment reminders, follow-ups, and service or recruiting updates.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver the messages for us.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

with service providers that help us run the business, such as CRM, hosting, calendar, messaging, email, analytics, advertising, and payment providers, under confidentiality obligations;

with our clients, for candidate and lead information collected on their behalf;

with Raven team members and contractors, including virtual assistants, who need it to deliver the services and are bound by confidentiality;

if required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, users, or the public; and

as part of a business transfer, such as a merger or sale of assets.

We use cookies, pixels, and similar tools, such as analytics and advertising pixels, to understand how the Site is used and to measure our ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the Site may not work properly without them.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the services and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, and then delete or anonymize it.

Marketing emails: use the unsubscribe link in any email.

Text messages: reply STOP.

Access, correction, deletion: you may ask to see, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing privacy@ravenleadpro.com. Depending on where you live, such as California, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws. We will not discriminate against you for using them.

Candidates and leads of our clients: please contact the client that collected your information. We will help them respond to your request.

Our Site and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We are based in the United States. Our team members and service providers may process information in other countries, including Pakistan, under appropriate confidentiality and security safeguards.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
